dc.description.abstractThe study aimed at assessing the utilization of Information Communication Technologies in effective administration of secondary schools in Mitooma district, Uganda. A cross sectional survey design was employed. Data was collected using a closed ended questionnaire developed by Özdemir et al. (2014) and an interview guide. Statistical Package for Social Scientists software version 23.0 was used to analyze the data. The study revealed lack of knowledge and skills of ICT, limited electricity supply, poor quality computers and limited computer accessories as reasons for non-utilisation of ICT.en_US
