Abstract
Non-monetary incentives in teaching help teachers to work interdependently to efficiently and effectively as far as teaching and learning quality are concerned which reduces teacher turnover and helps to enhance students' achievement. The purpose of the study was to examine non-monetary incentives and teacher turnover in selected secondary schools of Rukungiri Municipality
