This study explored the impact of digital instructional materials on teaching and learning in primary schools in Kitumba Sub-County, Kabale District. The research aimed to identify the types of digital materials used in schools, assess their impact on learners, examine challenges in their usage, and investigate potential misuse. Data were gathered from learners, headteachers, and teachers through questionnaires and interviews. The findings revealed that while digital tools have a positive effect on learning, their usage is limited by resource shortages and technical challenges. The study recommends improving access to digital resources and enhancing teacher training to maximize the effectiveness of digital instructional materials in primary education.
