Employee performance includes executing defined duties, meeting deadlines, team input, and achieving departmental goals is archived through proper leadership practices. However, at Rugarama Compassion Projects, there has been friction between individual responsibility and role, as stated by the annual review report by Rugarama Compassion projects. The purpose of the study was to assess the effects of leadership practice and employee performance in organizations a case study of Rugarama compassion projects
