For the methodology, the study used the Cross-sectional Survey design and the findings indicated that regulative communication created an understanding between administration and members of academic staff, emphasized rules and regulations within the school system and made communication to specific aspects easy, which had a significant effect on teachers’ performance. Then written communication provided clarity and minimized disputes, facilitated effective communication and compromised secrecy which all had significant effect on teachers’ performance. Oral communication created positive experiences among teachers, strenghtened the communication between teachers and administrations, facilitated implementaion of school policies, and encouraged peace and openness among teachers which all had an effect on teachers’ performance.
