    One of the most important turning points in a woman's life is the start of her menstrual cycle. This event is important because most women menstruate between menarche and menopause and this event can affect a person's physical, emotional, and social well-being, menstrual health is an essential part of overall health for women. The study was guided by the following objectives: To investigate the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents on Menstrual Health Management in selected secondary schools Kabale district ; to determine challenges faced by adolescents during menstrual health management m selected secondary schools in the Kabale district; to identify the possible solutions for the identified challenges faced by the adolescents during menstruation in selected Secondary schools in the Kabale district
