The study considered the following research objectives; to find out The use of ICT in the Teaching and Learning of History in secondary schools, to examine history Teachers' Perceptions or attitudes towards the use of Technology, to find out the challenges Teachers Face in Using Technology for Instruction, to suggest possible solutions to the challenges faced in ICT implementation. The study used a descriptive study approach. A sample size of forty-two (42) respondents was used. Questionnaires were distributed to different respondents (Teachers, Headteachers, and students), and interviews were conducted. Data was collected, analyzed, and presented in the form of tables and charts. From the analysis, the following conclusions were made; teachers and students have positive perceptions about the integration of ICT application in education delivery in History. Finally, many recommendations were made as follows; The Government of Uganda should consider providing more training on the pedagogical use of ICTs for the delivery of education, Teachers and students should invest their time in learning and training themselves about JCT application in education to acquire more capacity and reap more benefits of ICT for in education.
