Specifically, it identified the different forms of remuneration provided to teachers, explored the effects of good remuneration on learners' performance, and investigated the impact of poor remuneration on academic outcomes. Using a descriptive research design, the study collected data from teachers and school administrators through questionnaires and interviews.
