It was guided by three objectives: identifying the forms of domestic violence in Rubanda, establishing the various causes of domestic violence in Rubanda District, and assessing the effects of domestic violence on academic performance in the district. A target population of 60 respondents was considered for the study, using both simple random and purposive sampling techniques to identify the sample size.
