Abstract
The importance of the sales forecast permeates many business management activities including cash flow estimation, cash budgeting, capital budgeting, capital structure analysis, financial planning, and valuation which leads to business growth. Despite the significance of sales forecasting on business growth, Mega Bakery has not embraced the use of sales forecasting and this has caused failure of the business to satisfy the customers' needs and this has also affected the business growth. Therefore it is against this background that the researcher wished to assess sales forecasting and business growth of small and medium enterprises in Kabale Municipality Ka bale district a case study of Mega bakery.
